-Texas Sod and Landscape is seeking a dedicated Crew Menber to join our growing team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Crew member to service a residential and commerical maintenance route. You will work on a2-3 person team to provide "white-glove" service to our homeowners. The postion requires you to in the field on daily basis working along side the lawn maintenance crew.

Responsibilities:
Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, blwoing, trimming, and weeding.
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery; ensure plant health and survival.
Rake leaves, clear debris, and manage seasonal clean-up (snow/ice removal in winter).
Operate and maintain hand tools, power equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers), and sometimes heavy machinery.
Load/unload materials and equipment; drive company vehicles to job sites.
Ensure all work meets safety standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar outdoor work.
Valid Driver's License
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and work outdoors in various conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team or independently.
