Accounting Manager

Location: Nashville, TN | Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a multi-site healthcare organization. This role will oversee key accounting functions while providing leadership to the accounting team and supporting financial operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities
• Oversee general ledger processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Lead, develop, and support members of the accounting team
• Maintain accurate financial reporting across multiple healthcare locations
• Support internal controls and accounting policies and procedures
• Partner with operational and finance leadership on accounting matters
• Assist with audits and other accounting initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior people leadership or accounting team management experience
• Multi-site healthcare accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
