My maternity leave is coming to an end, and Im looking for an in-home nanny to help care for my almost 1-month-old newborn. I work from home and will be here, but Im looking for someone who is comfortable caring for a newborn and can help with making bottles, changing diapers, soothing, and putting the baby down for naps.
Ideally, Im looking for someone who is experienced with newborns, nurturing, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead with the babys day-to-day care while I work.
