Available Shifts
Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM
What You'll Do
Operate industrial sewing machines to produce and finish custom products
Sew, seam, hem, and attach bindings to a variety of materials and fabrics
Install Velcro, accessories, and other product components
Apply grommets using power grommet press equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot minor sewing machine issues and make basic adjustments as needed
Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
3+ years of industrial sewing machine experience
Ability to read, calculate, and work with fractional measurements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious mindset
Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Comfortable sitting, standing, and moving throughout a 10-hour shift
Experience with sewing machine maintenance is a plus
