We are looking for dependable, organized individuals to support clients with planning, reservations, communication, and general service needs in a remote environment.
As a Remote Travel Support Specialist, you'll help keep client requests organized, provide timely updates, assist with reservation-related details, and make sure important information is handled accurately. Travel may be part of the role, but the primary focus is providing strong client support and helping the overall process run smoothly.
No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.
We're interested in candidates who are:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, administration, sales, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
Client Support
Communicating with clients, answering questions, and helping requests move forward.
Reservations and Scheduling
Organizing dates, confirmations, and service details.
Research and Coordination
Reviewing options and helping match services to client needs.
Travel Support
Assisting with select travel-related details such as accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary information.
Remote Workflows
Using digital systems to stay organized, manage tasks, and maintain accurate client information.
You enjoy helping people and providing clear answers.
You like keeping information organized.
You are comfortable following up and staying on top of details.
You work well independently.
You enjoy researching options and solving everyday problems.
You are interested in customer service, client support, reservations, hospitality, or travel-related coordination.
Applicants must be located in an eligible region, including:
United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or select LATAM regions.
Selected applicants will be invited to an interview where additional information about the position will be provided.
The interview will cover the company, role responsibilities, compensation structure, training, available support, and next steps. Applicants will also have an opportunity to ask questions before moving forward.
