Join Our Krew!

We are looking for motivated, friendly, and reliable Driver/Servers to join our local Krew! This is a fun, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll help serve customers at a variety of community events, including school events, sports tournaments, festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood gatherings, weddings, birthdays, and more.

This position combines customer service, event support, and general Krew responsibilities. Team members who are 18 or older and meet driving requirements may also be responsible for driving Kona Ice vehicles to scheduled events.

Schedule

• Flexible availability is important since our event schedule varies.
• Weekends: Must be available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Weekdays: Hours vary depending on scheduled events, with shifts potentially taking place anytime within the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
• Set up, prep, stock, and clean for scheduled events
• Follow hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse areas
• Assist the owner or manager with additional tasks as needed
• Accurately complete required documentation
• Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to management
• For qualified drivers, safely drive to scheduled events and transport the Kona Ice vehicle
