How You Will Make an Impact

The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for implementing student recruitment strategies to meet schools' enrollment goals and support relations with local community agencies. Serve as a point of contact for prospective families and promote the school's academic programs. The position directs outreach strategy execution, establishes and monitors engagement and enrollment documentation standards, and ensures data integrity and audit readiness through oversight and analytical review. This position reports to the Vice President, Business

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years' equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel is required to support outreach events.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in performance of job duties is required.
