Pay & Benefits
Starting at $19.00/hour
Increase to $20.00/hour upon permanent hire
Quarterly performance bonus opportunities

What You'll Do
* Operate tube bending machinery to produce precision metal components
* Operate production saws and oxy-acetylene cutting equipment
* Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and framing square
* Use basic hand tools to complete production tasks
* Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
* Work with a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications
* Previous machine operating experience required
* Metal fabrication or manufacturing experience required
* Ability to accurately read a tape measure and square
* Comfortable using basic hand tools
* Experience operating saws and oxy-acetylene torches is preferred
* Valid driver's license preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
