Insight Global is hiring for a Client Success Account Manager to join PayByPhone, a global mobile parking payments platform used by cities, operators, and millions of drivers worldwide. This individual is responsible for owning and growing relationships across an established portfolio of client accounts. This role is highly consultative and relationship-driven, focused on client retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership value. You'll work closely with clients to deeply understand their operations, identify opportunities to expand adoption of solutions, and act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the client and the company. This role goes beyond relationship management, you will own the actions, execution, and outcomes within your accounts. This is a remote role with limited but meaningful travel, including client visits, conferences, and annual sales summits.
