Company Driver or Lease Operators - The Choice Is Yours

At ATS, we know every driver has different goals. That's why we offer both company driver and lease purchase opportunities, giving experienced flatbed drivers the flexibility to choose the path that's right for them.

Company Drivers:

• Earn $1,500 - $2,100 per week
• Weekly $1,400 minimum guaranteed pay for your first 12 weeks
• Competitive 60–65 CPM based on experience
• Consistent flatbed freight with specialized earning opportunities
• $1,000 orientation completion bonus
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k), paid vacation, life and disability insurance
• Pet-friendly rider program
• Paid orientation travel, hotel, meals, and transportation (spouses welcome)

Lease Operators:

• Gross $4,900 - $6,800 per week
• Take home $1,700–$3,100 per week after expenses
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• No money down and no credit check
• Average truck payments of $550–$705 per week
• One-, two-, or three-year lease options
• 2023–2026 Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors
• Fuel discounts and two weeks with no fixed expenses
• Completion bonuses after Year One and Year Two

We're Looking for Drivers Who:

• Are at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
• Meet DOT requirements and have a stable driving history
• Have no safety terminations in the past 12 months
• Have no truck abandonments in the past 36 months
• Have no preventable DOT accidents in the past 24 months
