About the Role

As Executive Director/Administrator, you lead operations, staff, and strategy to ensure exceptional resident care and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Build relationships with residents, families, and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Licensed Administrator (if required by jurisdiction)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Proven leadership and team-building ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
