Compensation & schedule Pay: $17–$25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Shift: Day shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Locations: Whitesboro & Gainesville, TX
The impact you'll make Lay MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welds on a range of materials
Translate blueprints and specs into accurate, repeatable results
Deliver strong, neat, inspection-ready welds
Champion safety and keep your station streamlined and organized
Your background Direct experience with MIG and/or Stick welding
Comfortable in a fast-moving production environment
Detail-focused with a craftsman's mindset
