[Medical Scheduler / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $25-hr / Health-Vision-Dental / 401K & Pension with 4% employer contribution / 15 Days of PTO / HSA-FSA / Opportunity for advancement - As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will: Manage and maintain accurate patient schedules for healthcare services, including appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations; Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to coordinate scheduling and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services; Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for appointments; Maintain detailed records of patient schedules and update as needed; Collaborate with other administrative and clinical team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of patient care; Utilize electronic scheduling systems and other software to manage patient schedules and track progress; Facilitate referrals and transfers to other healthcare facilities as needed; Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
