Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or one or more years of relevant experience (work and/or military)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prospecting and opportunity identification skills
• Strong phone communication and product knowledge
• Ability to explain complex billing details clearly
• De-escalation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

What youll do:

• Customer onboarding & support: Verify products, guide customers through billing, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Outbound account management: Make proactive calls to small business customers to maintain account health and present relevant offers.
• Upselling & prospecting: Identify new business needs, referrals, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Product advisory: Recommend plans, services, and features to optimize customer accounts
