You will collaborate with educators and stakeholders to implement and evaluate curriculum initiatives that align with best practices in instructional design. Your expertise in learning technologies and project management will be key to fostering an engaging learning environment.*You will NOT create curriculum*What you'll doWork with teachers to implement curriculum frameworks that meet educational standards and learner needs.Monitor and approve Pro care communications.Ensure compliance with minimum standardsQuality assurance checks in the classroomParticipate in community events and activities to promote our school in the areaTrain new hires on classroom management and curriculum implementationDrive the bus for Afterschool pickupsReport to the director and execute other duties as assignedConduct regular assessments of curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback collection.Facilitate professional development workshops focusing on instructional strategies and learning technology integration.Drive the bus whenever neededOther duties as assigned by directorBasic qualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Experience in early childhood education or classroom teaching that informs curriculum development practices.Minimum of Two years as mentor tear or curriculum coordinatorValid drivers licenseCPR/First AidWhy you'll love it hereWe are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
