Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced L4 Service Desk or Working Service Delivery Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Blue Ridge, TX. This position involves managing and resolving escalated technical issues, leading and supporting the service desk team, monitoring the performance of IT services, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions to meet client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing service delivery operations, and ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
