Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced L4 Service Desk or Working Service Delivery Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Blue Ridge, TX. This position involves managing and resolving escalated technical issues, leading and supporting the service desk team, monitoring the performance of IT services, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions to meet client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing service delivery operations, and ensuring compliance with established SLAs.

Qualifications

  • Deep technical expertise in IT support and troubleshooting, including proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues
  • Proven ability to not just manage service desk operations but work it, lead teams, and ensure adherence to service delivery standards and performance goals
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure maintenance, security protocols, and system updates
  • Experience managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer support
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL v4 Foundation are desirable these help but be descriptive on your job. History helps a lot.
