Description:

Administrative & Office Operations Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record maintenance Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files Support store leadership with reports, audits, and administrative communications Serve as a point of contact for associates regarding administrative questions Ensure back-office organization and accuracy Payroll & Timekeeping Support payroll processes including timecard review, punch corrections, and time-off entries Monitor timekeeping accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed Ensure payroll is completed accurately and within required timelines Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and associate pay information Partner with Store Director and ASD on payroll approvals and finalization Recruiting & Hiring Support Support recruiting processes including posting requisitions, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication Maintain candidate records and hiring documentation Coordinate onboarding appointm...Administrative, Coordinator, Store Director, Store Leader, Support, Compliance, Grocery
