Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Mitigation Director to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our mitigation staff, scheduling and assigning projects, and ensuring efficient job flow. You'll be tasked with vetting or qualifying all incoming projects, approving vendors as needed, and monitoring customer communication to ensure a positive client experience.

As a Mitigation Director, you'll be the point person for resolving job site issues and conducting the first round of audits on files before they're turned over to the Audit team. You'll also track errors in job files and add them to the employee report card, ensuring that we're constantly improving our processes. In addition to managing the mitigation staff and vehicle fleet, you'll order all project materials and serve as our OSHA safety compliance officer. You'll interview all new mitigation hires, oversee client experience calls, and approve mitigation job expenditures.

You'll need to be able to multitask effectively, manage competing priorities, and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Vet or qualify all incoming projects
  • Scheduling and assigning projects to staff
  • Manages PMs, Foreman, Techs, and Coordinators
  • Monitor job flow
  • Organizing sub-contractors as needed on the job site
  • Approves vendors as needed for job site
  • Monitor customer communication
  • Resolve job site issues
  • First round of Audit on files before turning in to the Audit team
  • Tracks errors in job files and adds to the employee report card
  • Other duties as required
  • Manages Mitigation staff
  • Manage Mitigation vehicle fleet
  • Order all project materials for Mitigation
  • OSHA safety compliance officer
  • Interviewing all new Mitigation hires
  • Client experience calls
  • Approve Mitigation job expenditures

Qualifications

  • 4 years of relevant experience in emergency restoration (Required)
  • IICRC certifications, including but not limited to WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (Required)
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office applications (Required)
  • High School or greater (preferred)
  • Technically savvy
