Snelling - - Responsibilities: Perform welding using hardwire (MIG/GMAW) and flux core (FCAW) processes; Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols; Fabricate and assemble structural and custom metal components; Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools; Mentor junior welders and assist with training when needed
