This role plays a key part in validating component integrity, ensuring compliance with strict customer and industry requirements, and supporting expanding in‑house process capabilities. This is a 1st shift at a rapidly growing company Unlimited Growth Supportive Team Dedicated to your Growth Competitive benefits package including: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time Job Details Key Responsibilities: Perform Liquid Penetrant inspections in accordance with NAS 410 and applicable industry standards Prepare parts and verify proper inspection sequences including cleaning, application, dwell, development, and post‑inspection processing Interpret and document inspection results against defined acceptance criteria Maintain accurate quality records and full inspection traceability Verify calibration and readiness of NDT equipment and tooling Support investigations related to nonconformances and corrective actions Provide technical leadership or oversight to entry‑level inspectors when required Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve inspection or quality concerns Support internal and external audits and compliance activities Operate within a structured Quality Management System and adhere to all safety protocols Required Qualifications: Active Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Testing (NAS 410 required) Minimum 2 years of hands‑on NDT inspection experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria Strong documentation and reporting skills Basic proficiency with computers and inspection reporting systems Vision qualifications compliant with NAS 410 standards Interested in hearing more?
