Koch Trucking is Now Hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers

Average $85,000 Annually - $6,000 Hiring Bonus

Top Pay & Benefits:

• Average $85,000 annually - Top performers earn $95,000 annually
• Starting pay: 61 - 63 CPM based on experience

Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL-A truck drivers to join our flatbed division. Our flatbed routes provide consistent, steady miles and familiarity with the customers you work with. All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license and one year of driving experience hauling flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers.

Additional Benefits:

• Over dimensional pay:
  • $75-$200 based on miles
  • $400 for any load over 64k
• Stop pay: $30 per stop
• Tarp pay: $50 tarped load
• $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada
• $3,000 referral bonus
• All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN and Appling, GA
• All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months
• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias come equipped with: refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other driver friendly features.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum one year of driving experience is required
• Experience hauling flatbed, step deck, and Conestoga trailers is preferred, but not required
