We help you build your business.Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business and managing existing client relationships within the sign and graphics industry. This role requires a strong understanding of signage products, consultative selling, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat businessConsult with clients to understand signage needs, specifications, and project requirementsPrepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendationsCoordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure accurate and timely project executionManage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post‑sale follow‑upMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systemStay current on industry trends, materials, and product offeringsQualifications 2+ years of sales experience (sign industry or related field preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of signage products (wide format printing, vinyl, substrates, installation, etc.) preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteCore Competencies Results‑driven with strong closing abilityCustomer‑focused with consultative sales approachStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBase salary plus commission structureHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and professional developmentPreferred Experience Experience in sign manufacturing, print, or visual communicationsFamiliarity with estimating, job costing, and production workflowsExisting book of business within relevant industries is a plusSalary is commission base.
