Core Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs in residential settings.
• Educate homeowners on safety concerns, panel upgrades, and modern solutions like EV chargers and smart home tech.
• Provide clear, flat-rate options for every customer.
• Maintain a high "closing" rate by building genuine trust and emphasizing safety.
• Ensure every job is done right the first time and meets all local codes.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-8+ years of residential electrician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check and drug screening
• Clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
• Must have local and state licenses as needed

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
