We are actively looking for a Mid-Level Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team working on oil & gas equipment design and development. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Gainesville, Texas (near DFW) — relocation support can be considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems under senior guidance
• Collaborate with manufacturing for design-for-manufacturing improvements
• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and BOMs
• Manage projects end-to-end (cradle-to-grave ownership
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and field operations
• Work with vendors and assist with supply chain activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong experience with SolidWorks (3D CAD)
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and electromechanical system design
• Solid project management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with tools and in a practical, hands-on environment

Nice to Have:

• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Familiarity with ASME standards
• Exposure to supply chain/manufacturing processes

Location: Gainesville, TX (Onsite Only – No Remote)

Relocation: Available/considered for strong candidates
