A company is looking for a Senior Associate Underwriter - Commercial Lines (P&C Middle Market Insurance).Key Responsibilities:Services complex multi-state, multi-line accounts to promote profit, new business growth, and renewal retentionConsults and collaborates with partners to resolve business issues and expedite service needsRates, quotes, and issues policies while managing account activity and ensuring timely updatesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredCompletion of INS, AU, or similar designations with progress toward CIC and/or CPCU preferredTypically, four years of commercial underwriting or related business experience preferredExperience leading or working on complex projects and teams preferredGeneral understanding of rating systems and underwriting strategy
