SaaS Billing Systems Analyst

A growing technology organization is seeking an experienced SaaS Billing Systems Analyst to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and execution of its billing platform and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes. This role is ideal for a systems-savvy operator who thrives at the intersection of technology, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The position reports to senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Billing System Implementation Lead the rollout of a new Q2C platform, including configuration, data migration, validation, and end-to-end testing. System Administration Serve as the primary administrator for the billing platform, overseeing configuration, user access, data integrity, upgrades, issue resolution, and scalability enhancements. Q2C Process Ownership Manage the full lifecycle from quote through billing, collections, and revenue-related handoffs; ensure alignment with contracts, policies, and internal controls; partner with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success on accurate lifecycle transitions. Operational Excellence & Controls Develop standardized processes, policies, controls, and documentation; ensure compliance with GAAP and internal guidelines; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Accounting on revenue alignment, with FP&A on forecasting inputs, and with Sales/RevOps to streamline GTM processes and accelerate the sales cycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, revenue operations, or similar roles. SaaS or subscription-based business model experience required. Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and internal control frameworks. Experience working in large, global, multi-currency environments preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations.
