Part Time Remote Call Center Agents at notifyMD

notifyMD is seeking Part Time Remote Call Center Agents to provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.

To succeed in this position, you must have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are looking for self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. While previous customer service experience is not required, it is a bonus!

Remote requirements to be considered for the role:

• A Windows PC or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks)
• Your screen resolution must be at least 1600X900 (Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency)
• A wired USB headset with a microphone
• Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test (No satellite internet)
• A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• 1 GB of available storage space
• A dedicated workspace free from distraction

Pay: $20 / Hour

Shifts Offered:

• Part Time - approximately 16 hours a week
• Shifts available are based on business needs
• M-F, with one weekend day shift required (Sat OR Sun)

Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks. Once training is complete, you will move to your new set schedule.
