Summary:

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Working Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Travel: Possible domestic travel to meet with customers, depending on business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update project schedules using scheduling tools.
  • Monitor project progress and address scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize resource allocation.
  • Document scheduling activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling standards and guidelines.
  • Build tender integrated schedules and cost estimates.
  • Support project managers to align project budgets to sold terms in appropriate systems.
  • Maintain project schedule and cost forecast throughout the project.
  • Analyze schedule and cost trends and provide forecasts to project teams.
  • Maintain registers of potential schedule and cost risks, and actual and committed costs.
  • Communicate schedule and cost status, forecasts, and risks to functional cost owners.
  • Collaborate with third parties on project cost and schedules.
  • Provide change order calculations to ensure schedule and cost estimates are accurate.
  • Support project close out and claims.
  • Lead the team of Project Cost Control analysts on larger projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in scheduling or project management roles.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Degree qualified in finance or engineering with financial training.
  • 5 years of planning large turnkey projects.
  • Experience providing cost control on large turnkey projects.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent working experience with both planning and costing tools (Primavera P6, SAP).
  • Working experience in the electrification industry.
  • Knowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects.
