Summary
Join the Amy Downs Team as a Buyers Agent supporting Sulphur Springs and surrounding areas. We seek a motivated, client-focused expert to confidently assist homebuyers throughout every step of the real estate experience. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and making the home buying process seamless and enjoyable. If you are passionate about real estate and committed to helping clients find their perfect home, we want to hear from you! *Texas Real Estate License is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends
- Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer any questions throughout the buying process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
- Strong knowledge of the Sulphur Springs real estate market and surrounding areas
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
