Clinical Service Delivery Coordinator

The Clinical Service Delivery Coordinator provides operational support for clinical services across assigned facilities. This role is responsible for payroll, compliance, onboarding, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical staff, leadership, and hospital partners. The coordinator supports the Clinical Service Delivery Manager and Senior Director by maintaining efficient operational workflows, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards, and facilitating high-quality clinical service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

Payroll & Financial Support

Review, escalate, and support payroll submissions for biweekly and semimonthly cycles.

Ensure payroll accuracy for anesthesiologists, CRNAs and locums.

Compliance & Documentation

Support iPro reconciliation and provider compliance tracking.

Manage RCM documentation requests, ensuring timely and accurate submission to the Revenue Cycle Management team.

Assist with CME inquiries, expense report tracking, and NAPA mandatory learning compliance.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Facilitate onboarding of clinicians, locums, and students at local facilities.

Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required documentation and system updates.

Ensure and confirm accurate access for all new providers to all systems.

Partner with HR, credentialing, and leadership to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with organizational policies.

Operational & Administrative Support

Provide operational support to the Service Delivery Manager and Senior Director as needed.

Maintain organized records of payroll, compliance, and administrative tasks.

Communicate proactively with providers, leadership, and hospital staff to support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Proficient in scheduling software (QGenda preferred) and payroll/timekeeping systems (e.g., Workday).

Knowledge of clinical operations, provider compliance, and RCM documentation preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
