Description:


We are seeking skilled Print Press Operators to join a high-volume, state-of-the-art production facility in Frisco, TX. This role operates in a fast-paced screen-printing environment, supporting large-scale production across multiple automatic presses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automatic multi-head screen printing presses (10–20 head machines)
  • Set up print jobs, including screens, inks, and garment alignment
  • Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency
  • Make real-time adjustments during production runs to maintain standards
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine upkeep
  • Maintain production pace in a high-output environment
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Equipment & Technology

  • Automatic screen-printing presses (M&R, ROQ, Anatol, Lawson, Workhorse)
  • Conveyor dryers and curing systems
  • Washout booths and reclaim systems
  • Ink systems, screens, and related production materials
Qualifications

  • Experience in screen printing (highly preferred), or manufacturing/machine operation
  • Ability to operate or learn multi-head automatic presses
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented mindset

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00am-3:30pm
