12 Oaks Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Dispenses medications under the direction of a licensed nurse according to established procedures; Supervises the Residents medications under the direction of the service plan according to established procedures and regulations; Completes necessary care documentation (written and or electronic) timely and accurately; Helps residents with all personal care functions as needed; Redirection, monitoring and observation that are integral part of a personal care plan
