Job Title: Remote Customer Care & Success Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours Pacific Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care / Customer Success Specialist based in Latin America to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the front line of our customer experience-ensuring clients receive timely support, feel valued, and achieve success using our products/services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, sales) to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support tools
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through product/service usage
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar role
  • Fluent in English (required) - strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Based in Latin America (remote work)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms
  • Experience with onboarding or account management
