Altium Packaging - 4201 South Highway 75 - Responsibilities: Provide direction and support to employees in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and/or Reheat Stretch team; Lead improvement initiatives to increase production, reduce downtime, and reduce waste; Drive safety culture and ensure a safe work environment; Communicate to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, job orders, and company policies; Provide feedback to Production Supervisor or Manager concerning employee performance and behavior
