Job Description

Support and lead data migration from Oracle to GCP of EPIC Clarity production healthcare data

Host ETL operations within cloud database while simultaneously moving Clarity data to the cloud

Overcome challenges and articulate best practices to migration operations, partnering with architects to create roadmap

Maintain connectivity across databases and into cloud environments

Raise thoughtful discussion around prioritization and protection of data throughout migration

Work with clinical leadership to migrate data in timely and efficiency-based manner

Skills and Requirements

5-7+ years of cloud data migration experience, ideally from Oracle to GCP/Azure, as a Cloud Engineer or Data Engineer

EPIC Clarity production data migration experience

Extensive public cloud experience, Azure or GCP

Legacy Oracle experience, familiar with on-premise to cloud migrations Oracle DBA background

EPIC Clarity certifications
