Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Virtual Desktop Engineer with expertise in Citrix Cloud, VDI, and Azure services to provide third-level support for end-user virtual desktops. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Citrix Cloud, NetScaler, and remote access technologies, along with experience managing IGEL OS platform and supporting endpoint management. This role requires flexibility to provide off-hours support as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide third-level support for end-user virtual desktops.
• Manage and optimize Citrix Cloud environments, including CVAD (Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops), NetScaler, Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services, Cloud Services, and StoreFront servers.
• Configure and maintain NetScaler and Azure Cloud Services to support virtual desktop environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IGEL OS platform, ensuring efficient endpoint management through automated installation and configuration processes.
• Work within the Azure Portal to manage cloud-based services and resources.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security in a high-availability environment.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and provide off-hours support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop and Remote Access Technologies, including VDI and Citrix Cloud.
• Citrix Cloud Domain Expert with 5+ years of experience in:
  • CVAD (Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops)
  • NetScaler
  • Provisioning Services & Machine Creation Services
  • Cloud Services & StoreFront servers
• Strong expertise in NetScaler and Azure Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Portal for cloud service management.
• Experience with IGEL OS platform, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
