We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Support our mission by delivering exceptional dental care to the community, creating smiles and unforgettable experiences for patients of all ages. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide excellent dental services with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice features:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA and HIPAA and Emergency Management training
• A team structure with 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult population (varies by location)
• Office flow: average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options

• Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential

We expect you to have:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry or eligibility for licensure
• Relevant certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate approach and strong desire to provide care for both children and adults
• Reimbursements for licenses, certifications, and professional memberships (e.g., ADA and/or AAPD)
