Monday-Friday | 8AM to 5PM Central time
Fully Remote

What You'll Do

Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Provide customer support and resolve issues
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Work closely with operations to deliver service
Track and follow up on client needs

What You Need

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service or client support
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable working independently in a remote role

Nice to Have

Experience in facility maintenance or service industry
Knowledge of facility management practices
