12 Oaks Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Dispenses medications under the direction of a licensed nurse according to established procedures; Supervises the Residents medications under the direction of the service plan according to established procedures and regulations; Maintains confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients, families and employees; Completes necessary care documentation (written and or electronic) timely and accurately; H Helps residents with all personal care functions as needed
