Position Overview:

Join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Representative, where your main goal will be to provide outstanding service to our customers. By engaging with them and understanding their needs, you will help guide them towards the right solutions for their projects. In this exciting role, you will:

• Warmly welcome and greet every customer with a positive attitude.
• Utilize our resources to enhance product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Assist customers throughout the sales journey, from initial qualification to successfully closing the deal.
• Ensure a well-organized and visually appealing shopping environment in your designated area.
• Collaborate effectively with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Follow safety policies and standards to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all.

Your responsibilities may span various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. This role may include positions such as Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, or Customer Order Specialist.
