Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying authorization, and directing individuals to appropriate check-in points; Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobbies by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and supporting delivery and pickup processing in an industrial location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access violations, medical calls, and emergency response activities per post orders; Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to look for unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity, reporting maintenance and security-related concerns; Operate access control and monitoring systems such as badge readers, cameras, and radios, and complete detailed security-related reports for shift activity, incidents, and inspections
