Description:

Provides human resources leadership, guidance and consultancy to a field regional operations leadership team; responsible for implementing and operationalizing human resources policies and activities, including, but not limited to, guidance on employment law, Company policies and philosophies, recruitment, performance management, compensation, organizational change, leadership development and human resources systems. - - - This position is based in Texas and will require the individual to reside in Texas. - - - KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Provide expert insight into people and organizational issues while acting as a strategic member of the regional operations team. Translate business strategies and priorities into appropriate actions while anticipating and planning for long term human resources needs.
