Austin Bridge & Road has an outstanding opportunity for a Administrative Coordinator in Gainesville, Texas. A Administrative Coordinator supports project managers and project teams by handling administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and filing systems.

  • Collect, sort, and log concrete and haul tickets for project records and invoice processing.

  • Update and maintain project management tools and systems.

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative and project support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and document control

  • Professional communication (written and verbal)

  • Task prioritization and follow-through

  • Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Basic reporting and data tracking

  • Include preferred skills, additional certifications, relevant experience that would be beneficial for the role but not strictly required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ of administrative, project coordination, or office support experience. Familiarity with construction documentation is preferred.

  • Experience in administrative or project support roles

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities.

  • Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
