Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Assists customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists customers with merchandise, and answers customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling, and saying hello, and maintains a friendly, professional demeanor throughout the store.; Performs cleaning and upkeep tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, restocking supplies) to maintain a neat, safe store environment.; Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandises items according to monthly presentation guidelines.; Understands and follows loss prevention programs and MOS policies, and handles cash and transactions with accuracy and integrity.
