This position serves as a point of contact for visitors at the Discover Denison Visitor Center. This intern will provide assistance with directions, information requests, and promote local attractions. This role will also serve as administrative support for the Marketing and Tourism Department, as well as individual travelers and groups. Examples of Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Staff the Discover Denison Visitors Center, providing a welcoming and professional experience for visitors. Assist guests with directions and information on local attractions, events, dining, and activities. Answer phone and email inquiries related to tourism and visitor services. Fulfill Visitor Guide requests and assist with maintaining accurate printed materials. Assist with organizing and distributing visitor bags for group tours and meetings.
