Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing and contracting for semiconductor capital equipment categories including deposition, lithography, metrology, and wafer handling.
• Manage supplier relationships with key U.S.-based and global OEMs (e.g., Aixtron, Disco, TEL ASML, etc.).
• Develop and execute long-term agreements (LTAs) and volume purchase programs to drive cost savings and secure capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CapEx plans with engineering and operational needs.
• Negotiate complex commercial and technical terms, including service contracts, spares, and upgrades.
• Track project milestones, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure on-time equipment installation.
• Provide strategic market intelligence and support for executive-level CapEx reporting and forecasts.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of procurement experience with at least 3 years in semiconductor capital equipment sourcing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fab tools, installation processes, and supplier ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead high-value negotiations and develop supplier partnerships.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems; Excel and Microsoft Project experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Engineering background or strong technical aptitude desired.
Skills
• Knowledge of North American fab expansion trends and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site capital programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~15-25%) for supplier and site engagements.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate computers, phones, and office equipment

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds (e.g., office supplies, files, or small equipment)
Visual acuity required to read screens, documents, and communications effectively
Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing
