We're seeking a Showing Assistant to support Buyer Agents in Denton County. Enjoy cutting-edge technology, expert mentorship, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the lead sales agent to help clients find their ideal homes.
- Conduct property tours for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
- Arrange access for inspections and other essential appointments.
- Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients narrow down their home options.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating offers alongside the sales agent and clients.
- Engage actively in team meetings and social gatherings.
- Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls for continuous growth.
- Utilize the PLACE Technology system to monitor and record tasks and activities.
- Passionate about interacting with clients and skilled at building and sustaining professional relationships
- Maintains a consistently positive and energetic demeanor
- Comfortable with frequent and extended driving
- Skilled at understanding client needs and aligning them with suitable properties
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
- Goal-driven with a demonstrated track record of success
- High school diploma required
- Possession of a valid TX real estate license is essential
- Experienced in preparing contracts with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Must possess a keycard
- Dependable and punctual
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
