Position Title: Warehouse Lead (Manual Labor / Production)
Location: Gainesville, TX
Status: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Shift / Hours:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch
Currently working significant overtime (up to 20 hours per week).Long shifts and weekend overtime should be expected. Overtime is indefinite at this time.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy Warehouse Lead for a small production warehouse in Gainesville, TX. While this role does not directly supervise employees, the selected individual must be responsible enough to be entrusted with facility keys and lock up the warehouse when the supervisor leaves early. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position.

Job Duties:

Fill 25-35 lb jugs with product
Pack two jugs per box
Operate tape machine to seal boxes
Build pallets (36 boxes per pallet)
Load and organize pallets for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Open and lock up warehouse as needed
Employees typically work with 1-2 other team members but may occasionally work independently.

Requirements:

Must be highly trustworthy and dependable (key-holder responsibility)
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
Comfortable performing heavy manual labor
Steel-toe shoes required
Ability to kneel, squat, stoop, bend, and stand for entire shift
Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse
Warehouse software experience highly preferred
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Physical Demands:

Standing for long periods on concrete floors
Repetitive lifting and pallet building
Working in varying temperatures

Conversion Information:
After approximately 90 days (upon permanent hire):
Eligible for health insurance
Eligible for bonuses
Annual raises thereafter
