Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Clinical Consulting will collaborate with Chief Medical Officers and finance leaders to design and implement programs that improve healthcare affordability and quality. They will lead national medical leadership initiatives, manage program documentation, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to achieve clinical objectives.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Program Management skills for leading national initiatives

• Clinical Operations expertise in developing healthcare strategies

• Ability to influence executive leaders through effective Stakeholder Engagement

• Proficiency in developing Affordability Strategies

• Experience in implementing Value-Based Care frameworks

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in healthcare administration or organizational leadership

• Experience managing enterprise-level clinical programs

• Familiarity with Medicaid operations

Pay: $ 36.46/hr.

Shift: 9:00 AM-5 PM Mon- Fri

Pay Details: $36.46 per hour
